Contact form

Contact template supports:

• Intro content from page and section.
• Email, phone, address, and opening hours.
• Name, email, phone, subject, and message fields.
• Subject choices entered one per line.
• Native Shopify success and error handling.

Submissions use Shopify contact form and store contact configuration. Test form after setting sender and notification email.
