Troubleshooting

Filters do not appear

Enable filters in Shopify Search & Discovery. Confirm collection contains products with relevant values.

Ratings do not appear

Confirm review app writes reviews.rating and reviews.rating_count. Empty ratings are intentionally hidden.

Subscription choices do not appear

Confirm product and selected variant have selling-plan allocations created by subscription app.

Pickup does not appear

Enable local pickup for inventory location and confirm selected variant has pickup availability.

Brand page is empty

Assign brand template to brand collections, add matching vendor products, and select brand collection blocks or leave blocks empty for automatic discovery.

Localization has one option

Enable additional countries, currencies, or languages under Shopify Markets.

Cart opens wrong interface

Check Theme settings → Cart → Cart type.
