Upgrading Paddock

1. Duplicate current live theme as backup.
2. Add available Paddock update to theme library.
3. Review release notes.
4. Preview updated theme with real store data.
5. Compare global settings, templates, sections, app blocks, and custom CSS or Liquid changes.
6. Test purchase flow and publish updated copy.

Direct code edits can prevent automatic update migration. Keep record of custom code and reapply only after testing. When requesting support, identify installed apps and any custom code so issue can be scoped correctly.
